TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All contracts require a 25% deposit at time of signing. All payment must be made in CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Full payment due upon delivery. All catering, rentals, and any of our other services are subject to New Jersey State Sales Tax. Delivery charges may apply within your area. Parties cancelled without a minimum of two weeks notice will forfeit deposit. All rentals cancelled without a minimum of a one-week notice will forfeit deposit. Prices for our rentals are based on a one-day use only. Please inquire about our special rates for long term use. Our deliveries are made to ground level only, and accessible to the delivery vehicle. There is a 5% charge for all orders per floor on all deliveries, and an additional 5% charge per order per floor for pickups. Please understand that all items are delivered in clean, usable condition ready for immediate use. New Jersey State Sanitary Laws and Regulations require that all china, glass and silverware be thoroughly rinsed after use, and before pick up before such rental items can be made. Unattended rental items require a security deposit, and a valid state issued I.D. Prices are subject to change without notice. Lost and damaged items will be your responsibility. You will be charged for replacement, repair or cleaning. Any legal fees incurred due to damage or misuse will be paid for by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available on the day of delivery to accept all catering and rental items and instructions for proper usage.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT

1. Orders should be placed atleast two (2) weeks or more in advance of your party or affair date.
2. Four- (4) weeks notice or better are preferred for theme parties, club events, and during all holiday seasons.
3. Any minor changes to your order must be made seven (7) days in advance.
4. Any major changes in your order must be made atleast two to three (2 –3) weeks in advance, due to the fact that all theme parties and events are always carefully planned and a lot of preparation goes in to each one.
5. Tables should be covered with a tablecloth and aluminum foil placed underneath the chafing dish racks. Sternos must be placed in each slot under the chafing dishes only; this is to insure a safe and fire free event. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the sternos.
6. Food must not be placed in direct sunlight or be kept outside for an extended period of time. Food will not heat properly in a breezy area or setup directly under an air conditioning vent.
7. We advise that when decorating do not use crepe paper on any of our rentals. When the paper gets wet the color will run and ruin whatever it comes in contact with.
8. If you do not rent a tent from us, it is your responsibility to keep your rented items safe and dry
9. If you have an underground automatic sprinkler system, please SHUT THE SYSTEM DOWN until we come to remove all rented items. A tent cannot be folded up if it is wet. Tables, chairs and other rental items may be damaged by water or inclement weather.
